What is it about?


The video explains how multiple users can be managed in Frienton. It shows how roles and permissions can be assigned to make collaboration wirthin teams as well as with tax accountants and other stakeholders secure and efficient.




Key contents


1️⃣ Access user management

  • Go to Settings > User Management
  • Overview of all existing users and their roles


2️⃣ Invite users

  • Invitation via email possible for accountants, tax accountants, employees, owners, or shareholders
  • Predefined roles with graduated permissions
  • Invitation contains a personal invitation code
  • User sets a password and creates their account


3️⃣ Define roles and permissions

  • Example: Accountant can do everything except delete the account
  • Rights can be further restricted: Allow or disallow payments, grant or block access to specific bank accounts


4️⃣ Manage existing users

  • Permissions can be adjusted at any time
  • Access to additional bank accounts can be granted later
  • Users can be removed
